What you get

A signed desktop app — single binary, no background daemons, no kernel extensions, no helper services. Chartstone runs entirely on your machine; your NetSuite data never leaves your computer through it.

Install on macOS

1. Download the DMG above.
2. Open it and drag Chartstone to your Applications folder.
3. Launch Chartstone. Sign in to NetSuite, click Use this account, and start the local server.

Apple Silicon only (M1, M2, M3, M4). The DMG is signed with our Apple Developer ID and notarized by Apple, so Gatekeeper opens it cleanly without any “unidentified developer” warnings.

Install on Windows

1. Download the installer above.
2. Run Chartstone-Setup-1.0.0.exe. Windows SmartScreen may show “Windows protected your PC” on the first few hundred installs while the installer’s reputation builds — click More info, then Run anyway. The installer is signed by SuiteStep LLC and you can verify the certificate in Properties → Digital Signatures before running.
3. Walk through the installer (Next → Next → Install).
4. Launch Chartstone from the Start menu. Sign in to NetSuite, click Use this account, and start the local server.

System requirements

• macOS: macOS 12 (Monterey) or later, Apple Silicon.
• Windows: Windows 10 (64-bit) or later.
• An active NetSuite login (any role).

Lite is free, no signup required

Once installed, Chartstone runs on the Lite tier out of the box — no credit card, no account, no expiration. Lite gives you 30 SuiteQL queries, 15 reports, and 15 scripts per app launch. Counters reset every relaunch, so light usage stays free indefinitely. Upgrade to Pro ($995/year) any time for unlimited usage.
