How it works
- Visit this page and click Subscribe via Stripe. Stripe collects your email and payment info — we never see your card details.
- After payment, you’ll get an email with your Chartstone Pro license key (a string starting with
cs_live_…) within a minute.
- Open Chartstone, paste the key into the Subscription card, click Verify. The control panel switches to Pro immediately.
What you get
- Unlimited SuiteQL queries, saved-search runs, RESTlet calls, and ad-hoc scripts — no per-launch caps
- All endpoints & features available in Lite (no feature gating between tiers)
- Email support directly from the developer
- Same security model as Lite — local-only, your session, no API keys to mishandle
- One subscription works on every machine you sign in on (laptop + desktop, etc.)
Billing & cancellation
- Annual billing through Stripe — credit card, no PO required.
- Auto-renews unless you cancel. Cancellation through your Stripe customer portal stops the next renewal; Pro features remain active until the end of the paid period.
- 30-day pro-rata refund. If you change your mind within 30 days of purchase, we’ll refund the unused portion.
